You don't need more workouts. You need a better week.
Body Boost was built around one simple idea: no single workout gives your body everything it needs. Strength. Conditioning. Stability. Mobility. Power. Endurance. Recovery. The body responds best when these qualities work together, not when you repeat the same demand over and over again. That's why I created The Ultimate Week Method.
The Ultimate Week Method is the training philosophy behind Body Boost. It's not one signature class. It's the way we combine our classes across the week. Some days you build strength. Some days you condition. Some days you stabilize, move, push power, train endurance or recover. The goal isn't to do everything every day. The goal is to make sure your week gives you everything you need. Because consistency doesn't mean repeating the same workout. It means continuing to train while giving your body the right mix of stimulus, challenge and recovery. Repeat the commitment, not the workout.
I've spent more than 18 years teaching and studying movement. My background spans strength training, Pilates, yoga, barre, cycling, conditioning and performance training. I've taught in some of the most respected fitness environments.
Over the years, I kept seeing the same thing. People became loyal to one type of workout, and eventually, something was missing. They all plateaued. They felt beaten up. They became strong but stiff. Fit but unstable. Flexible but not powerful. Or they simply became bored and inconsistent, and the injuries swiftly followed.
I didn't want Body Boost to be another studio built around one modality. I wanted to build a system around what the body actually needs across an entire week. That became The Ultimate Week Method.
Fitness trends change constantly. The principles that make bodies stronger do not. Everything I teach comes back to a few fundamentals: consistency changes bodies, muscle matters, progressive overload matters, movement quality matters, recovery matters, and variety only works when there is a purpose behind it. That philosophy connects every Body Boost format. The workouts may feel completely different. The principles behind them are the same.
Each Body Boost format has a job to do. No single class needs to do everything. That's the point. Together, they create a more complete training week.
STRONG builds strength.
BOUNCE develops conditioning.
POWER trains power, athleticism and intensity.
FORM develops stability and control.
SCULPT challenges muscular endurance and shape.
BARRE develops endurance, precision and control.
FLOW restores movement and mobility.
BOOST keeps the body moving dynamically.
PILATES builds core strength, alignment and body awareness.

The Ultimate Week Method is not a rigid schedule. It's a framework. If you train twice, those two sessions should complement each other. If you train three or four times, your week should include meaningful strength, conditioning and supporting movement. If you train five or more times, the demands should alternate so you're not simply stacking intensity every day. Your schedule matters. Your goals matter. Your body matters. There is no one perfect week. There is a smarter way to build yours.
Body Boost is deeply personal to me. I teach here. I program here. I train our instructors. I develop and evolve our formats. And I pay attention to what our members actually need.
Body Boost wasn't built from a franchise template or around one fitness trend. The Ultimate Week Method came from nearly two decades of coaching, experimenting, learning and asking one question over and over again: what does a body actually need across an entire week to become stronger, fitter and more capable? This method is my answer.
